Terms and Conditions

1. When you complete your enrollment, you accept responsibility for paying course tuition fees and other related course costs. 2. There are no refunds offered for courses once you have received the access codes or login information for the course. Cancellations received within a month of signup, before you receive access codes or login information will incur a $75 cancellation fee and the remainder of the course fee will be refunded. 3. Only the person registered will be allowed to view the class. 4. No student may reveal their student name and password or allow anyone else access to the online school or any course materials that may have been mailed to you. We reserve the right to limit access to the course if any student is in breach of this. 5. All class recordings, classwork and homework assignments are the property of The Bold Edge. No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, transferred, sold, used to create derivative works, performed, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of BeTeen
