Learn from an experienced interior designer, right from home. Perfect for creative teens who want to develop real design skills and transform rooms.
I worked on a real-life interior design project while taking this class. Mrs. Naimark gave me so much support and feedback! I was able to guide my client to buying new furniture that fit her space, taste, and budget. Adina
My daughter used to think that she's not good at anything. Now, she can't wait for this class, and interior design day is her favorite day of the week. She is going to look into doing this professionally.
This course gives an overview of what professional interior designers do, with lessons and projects that can be done on a teen level, without investing in professional-grade tools. You’ll gain real skills, like hand-drawing floor plans and perspective views. Some key parts of this program include lessons about furniture layouts, color schemes, design styles, and sourcing materials. We’ll touch on DIY refurbishment, design for disability, and how to interview clients to determine their needs.
Suggested age is 14 and up. (Yes, we do have adults taking our teen courses as a hobby or if they would like a side gig!)

Instructor Name: Zisi Naimark
Zisi Naimark has a Bachelor’s of fine Arts from The New York School of Interior Design and has been working in high end design for well over ten years. She has taught interior design to adults and teens for eight years. Zisi does all her own construction documents on purpose and all her own stunts by accident.
Complete over 6 real-world design projects throughout the course – from floor plans to perspective drawings to even a full scale residential presentation! Each project builds on the skills you’ve learned, giving you practical experience with professional design tools and techniques.
Learn professional techniques like space planning, color theory, and perspective drawing that aren’t taught in typical art classes, preparing you for real interior design projects and a potential career in the field.
Every project you submit gets detailed feedback from professional designers within 48 hours. You’ll have bi-monthly check-in calls to celebrate wins, tackle challenges, and ensure you’re progressing confidently through the course.
As long as you’re very comfortable using a computer, you’re good. Beyond that, we’ll teach you the design programs from the ground up.
